MEET THE CONNECTION MAESTROS OF TWO DEGREES
Drew Kincius
Drew Kincius is the founder and CEO of Sprintable, empowering micro-businesses, solopreneurs, freelancers, and non-profit organizations by helping them improve estimation, focus, prioritization, and efficiency.
Drew has filled numerous leadership and consulting roles focused on brand development, project management, entrepreneurship, and supporting the creative economy. Drew previously managed three coworking spaces: Hinge Bureau, Pin Bureau, and Launch Indy/Union525. Drew supported various entrepreneurship and music committees and organizations in Indianapolis, including: The Speakeasy, Forward Cities Indianapolis, 1 Million Cups - Indianapolis, Musical Family Tree, and Indy Music Strategy.
A new transport to Tulsa, OK, Drew continues to support and empower small businesses to build strong foundations to scale with confidence. His latest project, Two Degrees, is a 12-week virtual cohort that acts as a micro-front door to entrepreneurship, facilitating access to invaluable connections and resources to accelerate the small business owner’s journey to success. Drew received a Journalism degree from Indiana University. An avid runner, drummer, and Liverpool FC fan, he is a steadfast advocate for veganism, minimalism, and sustainability.
Ronda Taylor, PhD
Dr. Ronda Taylor, visionary founder of Startup Sprint, LLC, leverages two decades of entrepreneurial experience. Committed to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, her work at Startup Sprint includes workshops, consulting, and vital resource connections, equipping startups for today’s competitive market.
She is also the co-founder of Idea to Empire, LLC, a Metaverse-based company helping businesses expand into the Metaverse and embrace Web3 innovations. Balancing time between the Metaverse and reality, she unites efforts to support fellow entrepreneurs through mentorship and active involvement in programs like 1 Million Cups, the Meta Chamber of Commerce, and the Female Entrepreneurs in the Metaverse Network.
Dr. Taylor played an instrumental role in establishing and nurturing a community college's school of entrepreneurship. Her impactful leadership extended to a three-year tenure as Statewide Dean and 18 years previously as a business and entrepreneurship professor before her retirement. Dr. Taylor's philosophy is encapsulated in her life motto: "Prepare. Perspire. Perform."
