Welcome to Startup Sprint, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, programs, services, or community (including the Launchpad Accelerator and SHIFT Network), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Share, distribute, or resell program materials

  • Disrupt or interfere with our services or community

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Programs & Services

Startup Sprint provides:

  • Digital programs (e.g., Launchpad Accelerator)

  • Coaching services

  • Community access (SHIFT Network)

  • Educational content and resources

All services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Payment Terms

  • All program fees are due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated

  • Payment plans may be offered through third-party providers (e.g., Klarna) and are subject to their terms

  • Failure to complete payments through third-party providers does not release you from your financial obligation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds, partial or full.

5. Coaching Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

Startup Sprint provides guidance, education, and support. However:

  • We do not guarantee results, income, or business success

  • Your results depend on your effort, execution, and external factors

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions

Participation in our programs does not create any form of partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Workshops

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Videos

  • Frameworks

is owned by Startup Sprint, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use materials for your personal business use

You may not:

  • Share, copy, distribute, or resell materials

  • Provide access to non-paying individuals

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

7. Lifetime Access

Where applicable, “lifetime access” refers to:

  • Access for the life of the program as offered by Startup Sprint

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue content at any time

8. SHIFT Network (Community Terms)

By participating in the SHIFT Network, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with other members

  • Not promote harmful, illegal, or misleading content

  • Not solicit or spam members without permission

You understand:

  • Content shared by other members is not controlled by Startup Sprint

  • We are not responsible for interactions, outcomes, or agreements between members

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content

  • Suspend or terminate access for misconduct

9. User-Generated Content

By posting content within our community, you grant Startup Sprint a non-exclusive right to:

  • Use, display, and share that content within the platform

You are responsible for the content you post.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove or restrict access to programs or the community

  • Terminate participation without notice

This may occur due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of terms

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Startup Sprint, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages

  • Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Decisions made based on our content or services

Use of our services is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Startup Sprint, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these terms

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
